#8 For Those Seeking Support…
I would like to see increased access to a range of care options that address the individual needs people have, a reduction or further, the elimination of stigma around getting care, and finally educating people about the use of more respectful and appropriate language when speaking of people receiving care. My target audience comprises a range of stakeholders including: providers, policy makers, insurers and other payers, those receiving the care, family members and the general public. It is safe to safe I feel like a ten when it comes to my topic because I already feel the need to make this change happen and bring awareness to the community and I cannot wait to begin working more in-depth on my topic.
