Oliver’s WTS Experience So Far
Even though we have only met as a group twice, the program has been going really well and has been super fun. Hiking to the top of Mt. Philo was definitely the most fun part of the program so far. It was nice to be out in the woods with WTS on such a nice day. We had a conversation about the ideal elements of a WTS blog and from what I learned that day that’s why I’m improving this. The first day was really fun, and I got to meet lots of very great people. Some of my other favorite parts so far have been within the Three Week Affinity Group Challenge. Both films we have watched so far have been very eye-opening and inspiring, and about important subjects. Discussing these heavy topics was really productive and my view has broadened upon such discussion and movies. Within the first film, it was really interesting to know the stories behind these people’s horrific beliefs and the main character helped people change. I’m really excited to keep moving forward through the filmmaking process with What’s The Story. I’ve learned a little bit and I’m curious about how to actually make a film, and I can’t wait to learn more. Also, I would like to know when we are receiving our film kits.
